Accessibility & Detours
Please use posted detour routes and alternate entrances during closures.

  • At the 100 Block, moisture shield installation, will temporarily close the 1st floor east entrance and the 2nd floor exit to Facilities.
  • Accessible parking at the South Main Entrance is temporarily relocated near the crosswalk ramp.
  • Main entrance at the 700 block is partially closed until further notice.
  • The Weight Room and second level of the 500 Block remain closed until further notice for stair replacement, and the bike rack at the west entrance will stay closed until the end of October.
  • Slight detour for accessing West Entrance due to stair work.

Building envelope work continues across the Prince George Campus through October, focusing on the 100, 300, 500, and 700 Blocks. Crews are replacing windows, removing brick façades, and installing new roofing and paneling. Elevated walkway and stair work are also underway.

Impacts: Some entrances may be partially or temporarily closed. Expect noise, dust, visual disruptions, and temporary detours in affected areas.

Network Renewal Project

Network renewal continues across the Prince George and Quesnel campuses, with ethernet and fiber upgrades improving speed and reliability. Work is active in the 200, 300, 400, 500, 700, 800, and 900 Blocks of the Prince George campus, with after-hours work in occupied spaces to reduce disruptions.

Impact: Expect increased noise levels and narrower hallways. Network disruptions are not expected but may happen during key transitions.

Please follow all posted signage and detours. Your safety is our priority. Thank you for your patience.
