Your Path to a Peaceful Study Session

Securing your own private study space or a collaborative area for your group just got easier. Here’s a simplified guide on how to book a study room through the CNC Room Bookings Portal

1. Start Your Booking:

- Navigate to the CNC Room Bookings Portal and log in using your CNC username and password.

- On mobile click to open menu

2. Create a New Booking:

- Select “New Booking” from the left-hand menu.

- Ensure the “Booking Type” is set to “Library Study Room”.

3. View and Select Availability:

- Scroll down to “View Availability”.
- Choose your desired duration (note: the max is 3 hours), start time, and end time.

4. Pick a Date and Room:

- Click on your preferred date on the calendar.

- From the list of available rooms, select your desired room by clicking on its line.

5. Confirm Your Booking:

- Click “Continue” on the pop-up window.

- Specify the “Number of Attendees” by typing or adjusting with +/–

- Scroll down, confirm by clicking “Submit” and hit “OK” when the booking confirmation appears.

6. Check Your Email:

A confirmation email will be sent to your CNC email address. Make sure to check it!

7. Need to Cancel? No Problem:

- Head to “My Bookings”.
- Find your booking and click “Cancel”.
