IT Services will still be providing desk-side support as required, but preference will be to do remote support sessions where possible to limit the need for close physical interaction.
- Remote support will be provided over the phone or using TeamViewer our licensed remote support tool.
- If an onsite visit is necessary, we will do our best to minimize risk for both us and our clients by:
- Wearing gloves
- Washing / sanitizing hands between clients
- Wearing masks if it is not possible to avoid close interaction
- Media Services will be an intermediary for equipment drop-off and deployment for CNC employees:
- ITS must be contacted prior to dropping off equipment and will provide instructions on the requirements to drop off at Media Services
- Items dropped off without following protocol will be refused by Media Services
- If IT Services needs to take possession of equipment to perform repairs, it will be sanitized before and after having work performed on it.
