Request Disability Accommodations

Accessibility Services advisors are available at the CNC Prince George campus. If you are considering becoming a student, call or email Accessibility Services for help with your application process, and for more information about how Accessibility Services can help you succeed in your studies.

At least 4 months prior to the start of classes, make an appointment with an Accessibility Services advisor to discuss your needs and learn about the services for which you may eligible. Make sure to bring your documentation about your disability with you to your appointment. Your documentation must be current (within 5 years). CNC does not provide nor assume the cost of acquiring documentation.

If you are a returning student you must make an appointment with an Accessibility Services advisor prior to the start of classes to arrange for services for the current academic year. If you need services that require considerable lead time, please contact the office 4 months prior to the start of the school year.

Exams

Request an accommodation (eg. extended time, alternative location) for an exam at least four weeks in advance of the scheduled exam date to ensure there is time to make the necessary arrangements.
