CNC's Student-Run Restaurant
Kodiaks Restaurant is run by students from CNC's Professional Cook program. Over the years, Kodiaks has gained a reputation for fine dining that attracts local clientele every season.
We provide a healthy diversified modern menu to accommodate a wide variety of tastes and needs. If you have specific dietary requirements, please inform your server and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Our students (dining room and kitchen) are in training. Thank you in advance for supporting them, and your patience as they take the first steps in their careers.
