Our Facilities

Weight Room

The weight room offers free weights, machines, cardio equipment, and some cross fit equipment. Information on booking a weight room orientation can be done through recreation services at gym@cnc.bc.ca.


Scheduled activities throughout the week include badminton, basketball, soccer, and pickle ball. Gymnasium activities are available to students, staff, and drop in participants. See the Recreation Calendar (below) for details.

Weight Room Access Card

$20 refundable deposit

Fill out the recreation waiver and complete a deposit to use the CNC weight room. Bring a $20 refundable cash deposit* to Recreation services.

You must complete a waiver, available online, prior to accessing the weight room.

Equipment Sign Out

Equipment sign out with a valid student ID, no fees for this service. But must return undamaged.

Fitness Classes - Intersession/Summer Schedule

Tuesday: Gentle Yoga - 12:10 to 12:50pm

Thursday: Bootcamp - 12:10 to 12:50pm

Both classes will be held in the Bouldering room unless otherwise specified        No registration necessary. Free to all CNC students and staff.

Bhangra Classes: Will resume in the Fall
Drumming Circle: Will resume in the Fall
