I just wanted to touch base with you to let you know how much I appreciated all that you and your team did to look after our group on September 29th. When I walked into the Boardroom and the HR meeting rooms in the morning and saw that everything was already there and set up in such an attractive and professional manner, it set my mind at ease. At the lunch, not only was the gluten and dairy free meal ready and clearly labelled, when we asked if the soup was gluten and dairy free, the staff member took the time and initiative to verify this with the kitchen in order to ensure her response was accurate. This care and attention to detail is to be commended and was truly valued. Again, thank you (and the soup was delicious!).
