Through community partnerships, we create opportunities for marginalized and socially excluded individuals to access education and other resources. We believe post-secondary education should be attainable for everyone no matter their circumstances.

As funding sources change, so do our community programs. We are constantly evolving as we attempt to meet the needs of the people and communities we serve.

Workforce Development

Through secured funding, CNC Community & Continuing Education provides tuition-free training for entry-level trades exploration. These training and employment services are specifically targeted to eligible individuals who are under-represented in trades, or who may be facing other barriers to sustainable employment. This includes people who identify as Indigenous, female, or migrant.

JIBC Course Offerings

We work together with the Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) to bring vital training to your doorstep that would otherwise not be available to our location. Through experiential learning and interdisciplinary programs and courses are designed to provide you with new skills and knowledge that will enhance safety and wellbeing of others, your relationships within your workplace, family, and community.
