U-PASS

U-PASS holders receive free bus transit and free access to the Aquatic Centre and Canfor Leisure Pool in Prince George and free bus transit and free access to the Recreation Centre in Quesnel.

Starting September 2024, CNCSU has partnered with BC Transit to update how students receive their U-PASS. To access your U-PASS, you now need to create a UMO account. We highly recommend downloading the UMO Mobility app and setting up your account before visiting our office. This will allow you to access your bus pass immediately upon arrival.

Important Note for International Students:
The UMO app is region-locked, which means you must use an email account created in Canada to successfully set up the app. Accounts created with non-Canadian emails may experience issues, including the app not appearing in your store.

How to activate your U-PASS:

  1. Go to the "My Wallet" section in the app.
  2. Click on the "Buy" option.
  3. Select "Redeem Benefit Code."
  4. Enter the code provided by CNCSU staff to unlock your U-PASS.

If you have any questions about these changes, please contact Damon Robinson at outreach@cncsu.ca.
