Step 1: Apply to Graduate
Even if you are not attending a convocation ceremony, you must apply to graduate to receive your credential.
If you have already applied to graduate or received your credential, skip this step. You will receive your link to register via email (step 2).

Step 2: Register for your Ceremony
You will receive the link for convocation registration by email after you apply to graduate. If your program has already concluded and you have already applied to graduate, you will receive a registration email for your ceremony by email.
Step 3: Complete your Registration
Sending our graduates off with a positive and lasting experience is important to us. In order to contribute to the overall success of the convocation ceremony, there is a $60 non-refundable convocation fee. Included in this fee is a souvenir gown package for you to keep.
Within 3 business days after you register for your ceremony, this fee will be automatically applied to your CNC Connect account. Make sure to complete your payment by Thursday, May 18th, either in person in the Office of the Registrar at your local campus, or online through Pay my Tuition.
Registrations after May 18th will incur an additional $40 fee.
Step 4: Prepare for Convocation

Frame your credential
The CNC credential that you have earned is an important document and deserves to be protected and displayed. If you haven't already received it in the mail, you should be getting it soon! The CNC Bookstore has two styles of credential frames available for purchase. The frames can be ordered online and mailed to your address. Check it out at cnc.bc.ca/bookstore.

Put this important date in your calendar and remember to come early so you can check-in and find your seat. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
