Step 1: Login to the Ministry of Education’s StudentTranscripts Service with your BCEID www.studenttranscripts.gov.bc.ca Forgot your BCEID login credentials? This webpage offers links to retrieving your BCEID.
Step 2: Once logged into My Dashboard, select Send/Order Your Transcript.
Important Note: My Dashboard is your go-to place for the following: viewing your profile, updating your contact information, viewing your order activity, as well as viewing and sending your high school transcripts.
Step 3: On the Send Your Transcript page, review the Privacy Notice and checkmark I consent afterwards. Under Send your transcript to a university(ies), college(s), or other post-secondary institution(s), select Send Transcript.
Step 4: On the Send Copy of Transcript page, highlight College of the Rockies from the Available Institutions menu, then click the move to list button so that College of the Rockies adds to the Selected Institutions menu. After this, click Go to Next Step.
Step 5: On the Send Options page, select Send my transcript now and allow this post-secondary institution to request transcript updates until the date specified below. By selecting this option, College of the Rockies will immediately receive an electronic copy of your transcript (with both interim and final marks). The College will be able to request updates of your transcript until the date you specified. The default date is one year. After you made this selection, click Go to Next Step.
Step 6: On the Confirm & Add to Cart page, carefully review the content. When you are ready, checkmark I have reviewed my order and course information to enable the Add Order to Cart button.
Step 7: At the Shopping Cart, you will have an order summary as well as a cost summary. After a review, you can complete the order.
Step 8: You are done! The transcript order process is complete.
