Standards of Ethical Conduct

This policy outlines CNC’s expectations for employees to act ethically and what this means. Topics covered include inappropriate conduct, workplace relationships, conflict of interest, outside business interests, outside remuneration, use of college property, confidential information, investment activity, and entertainment, gifts and favors. It also covers post-employment restrictions for senior management.
