Jeshna Unnuth's journey at the College of New Caledonia (CNC) highlights a family tradition of academic excellence and professional success. Originating from Mauritius, she was the pioneer student from her country at CNC, initially drawn to tourism but pivoted to Human Resources (HR).

Family and Graduation

Jeshna’s graduation from the HR program marked a special milestone, as she joined four family members, including her husband, as CNC alumni. All five studied HR, creating a unique family bond through shared educational experiences.

At CNC, Jeshna enjoyed a supportive learning environment that helped her grow both personally and professionally. The HR program prepared her well for her current role as a CNC employee, as a Program Planner. It provided practical skills through hands-on projects and real-world scenarios, equipping her to manage projects and perform effectively in her new job.

A Message to Prospective Students

For those considering a career in Human Resources, Jeshna's story exemplifies the excellent foundation that CNC offers. The supportive campus community, quality of instruction from experts, and the rich opportunities for networking are just some of the aspects that Jeshna cherishes about her time at CNC.
