CNC’s Chef Mandy receives top honours

CNC’s Chef Mandy Newcomb has received recognition by a global organization for her work in mentoring young women in culinary arts.

Chef Mandy was recently inducted into Les Dames d’Escoffier. This prestigious organization includes more than 2,400 female leaders in the global hospitality sector.

Les Dames D’Escoffier is dedicated to advancing women in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries.

Chef Mandy is an award-winning Red Seal chef and a CNC graduate. In addition to her extensive experience as a restaurant manager and an executive chef, she has been an instructor at CNC for 12 years. She currently serves as a chef instructor and program coordinator.

CNC’s professional cook students benefit greatly from Chef Mandy's extensive knowledge, experience, and support.
