Reporting Sexual Violence On-Campus with REES 

REES (Respect, Educate, Empower Survivors) helps us provide online reporting for sexual violence on campus. Create a record of the incident and choose from multiple reporting options: Anonymous Report, Connect to My Campus, or Repeat Perpetrator Identification (RPI). Access resources such as sexual assault centers, healthcare, and support services.

Canadian citizens and permanent residents in B.C. are eligible for public health insurance, known as the Medical Services Plan (MSP). MSP covers the cost of medically necessary insured doctor services. All international students are required by law to have medical insurance while studying in BC.

  • Portable Back Massagers – Sit back, relax, and let the tension melt away in the Gathering Place.
  • Progressive Relaxation & Meditation Sessions (11:30 AM – 11:50 AM | 12:30 PM – 12:50 PM) – Guided sessions in the Reflection Room for a moment of calm.
  • Therapy Dogs (3:30 PM – 4:30 PM) – Spend time with adorable, trained therapy dogs for the ultimate stress relief in the Gathering Place.

Get Creative

  • Creativity Lab – Craft stations featuring friendship bracelets, pipe cleaner crafts, painting, and coloring.
  • Two Rivers Art Gallery Craft – Join the Two Rivers Art Gallery in the Gathering Place for their Hope Blooms Craft - a hands-on art activity designed to spark creativity.
  • Boardgame Café – Join Zach and CNCSU for fun games and good vibes in the 3rd and 4th section of the cafeteria.

Play & Win

  • Plinko Challenge – Students can win swags, treats, gift cards, and more! Employees can play to win a pack of CNC jelly beans.

Drop-In Gym Activities
