Wellness Café: Sensory Designs

Event Details

Section 3 of Cafeteria

Prince George Main Campus

Event Description

Support Your Academic Wellness with Sensory Tools!

Join the Wellness Team to learn how sensory tools, like fidgets, can improve focus, self-regulation, and wellness. Learn how these tools can support stress management and build self-regulation skills for studies and daily life.

Throughout the semester, students will collaborate with Gerardo from the UNBC SPARK Lab to design and create their own sensory tools!

Bring your fidget as inspiration, talk with the Wellness Team about the benefits of sensory tools, or share your design ideas to bring them to life.
