What do you do for students?

We are Academic Advising. We help students get started with their program to progress to completion/graduation and transferability. We are there for it all!

How should students prepare for a visit or call?

Have your student number and reason to speak to the advisor ready. If you are leaving a voicemail, leave a detailed message along with your name, student number and contact details. If you do not have a student number, please contact Recruitment at recruitment@cnc.bc.ca

What else should students know about your department?

Familiarize yourself with Student Planner.

  1. Log into CNC Connect and go to student planning under the Registration menu.
  2. Familiarize yourself with the program outline and plan your courses.
  3. Create a schedule
  4. Submit the courses for review or approval to the advisor.
