DESCRIPTION:
This course is a continuation of CSC 135. Topics include generating functions, recurrence relations, graph theory, optimization and matching, rings and modular arithmetic, Boolean algebra, switching functions, coding theory, finite fields and combinatorial designs. This course is also offered as CSC 235. Students with credit for CSC 235 cannot take MATH 235 for further credit.
