Seat Deposit: You may need to secure your seat by paying a non-refundable tuition deposit. This payment will be applied toward your first semester’s tuition fees.
Completing Conditions of Acceptance: If your offer is based on self-declared grades, interim or in-progress coursework, or unofficial transcripts, you must submit an official transcript showing final grades by the final fee deadline for your program. Your grades must meet the minimum admission requirements, or your acceptance may be rescinded.
Outstanding Requirements: Refers to any documents or tasks you must complete to satisfy admission conditions. This can include submitting transcripts, English language proficiency scores, or other required paperwork.
Qualified Applicant: An applicant who has submitted all required documentation and meets the admission requirements for their chosen program.
Conditional Acceptance: Offered to applicants who do not yet meet all admission requirements but can provide required documentation before the program starts to confirm eligibility.
Accepted Student: A qualified or conditionally qualified applicant who has been officially offered and accepted a seat in a program of study.
Waitlist: If a program has no available seats, qualified applicants may be placed on a waitlist until a spot becomes available.
