DESCRIPTION:
This course introduces students to the sonographic principles of imaging in the normal abdomen and male pelvis. The focus is on normal anatomical appearance, variants and common pathologies. Concepts include relational and cross-sectional anatomy and physiology. Students will apply theoretical concepts from this course to simulations in the lab.
