DESCRIPTION:

English 050 (equivalent to English 051; similar to English 12) is a literature-based course that models the traditional academic English course. It develops skills in the context of reading and writing about literature (including First Peoples and Canadian literature) from a variety of genres, and prepares students for post-secondary academic English courses.
