DESCRIPTION:

This human skills course introduces students to the essential interpersonal and communication skills required for success in the workplace, with a focus on technical sector jobs. The course covers topics such as interpersonal and communication skills, conflict management, self-management, teamwork, critical thinking, interview skills, and time management. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, case studies and group activities, students will develop a foundation in these skills and gain confidence in applying them in various scenarios.
