DESCRIPTION:
Lab only who have taken a Chemistry 12 equivalent course. Presented in a single semester in a broad survey style, it is meant to help foster ideas for application to cases, and as a guide to further study. Topics covered include atomic and molecular structure, chemical bonding, intermolecular forces, gases, thermochemistry and thermodynamics, chemical equilibrium, solutions and phase equilibria, reaction kinetics, and electrochemistry. A strong understanding of stoichiometry is recommended.
