Take the first step toward better mental health, physical wellness, and overall well-being. Join us to learn, relax, and recharge. CNC and community booths will provide valuable resources, prizes, giveaways, and more!

Take the first step toward better mental health, physical wellness, and overall well-being. Join us to learn, relax, and recharge. CNC and community booths will provide valuable resources, prizes, giveaways, and more! 

Fair Activities

  • Bingo Card Challenge: Just for students: grab a card at the wellness booth, visit community booths, and return it to win big prizes! 
  • Petting Zoo: Take a moment to unwind at the petting zoo. There will be bunnies! 
  • 9 Dimensions of Wellness Booth: At CNC, we care about your holistic well-being, which is why the 9 dimensions of wellness booth is here to help you understand these key areas of wellness, access student services that support each dimension, and prioritize your well-being during your studies. Spin the wheel to test your wellness knowledge or take on a fun fitness challenge. 
  • Fresh Fruit: Support your healthy eating habits with a selection of fresh fruits. 
  • Community Wellness Booths: Connect with community organizations such as CMHA, the Friendship Centre, and learn more about the diverse support services available to you. 
  • Relaxation Station: Take a moment to unwind at the relaxation station, featuring back massagers and light therapy. 
  • 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM | The Sampler (Workout Edition) | Gymnasium: Improve your physical wellness with this engaging fitness class sampler facilitated by Mel. Perfect for all fitness levels, this session combines a variety of movements to energize your body and mind.
