Join Megan Shuyta, 2025 Best Butcher Competition winner, and Instructor April Ottesen for an inspiring hands-on cooking experience at CNC.

What’s Happening?

This installment of the Climate Cook-In series will focus on sustainable meat practices and regenerative living. Participants will:

  • Prepare a sustainable meat dish that you can take home with Megan Shuyta
  • Explore sustainable living practices and what it means to be a regenerative human with Instructor April Ottesen

The event is designed to support students who need extra help with food preparation or face food insecurity, while staff are welcome.

Who Can Join?

Open to CNC students and staff, with a focus on helping students develop confidence in meal prep and sustainable cooking.
