Overview
During this 13-week Camp & Catering Program, students will receive a combination of theory and hands-on training, including Camp Procedures, Camp & Catering Essential Skills, CampHousekeeping & Maintenance, Basic Food Preparation, Career Readiness Skills, FoodSafe Level 1, SuperHost, Occupational First Aid Level 1 and Common Safety Orientation. Students will receive an Associate Certificate upon completion.
A Program Coach will be available to support and guide participants throughout the program.

The Camp & Catering Associate Certificate program prepares you to work in a variety of jobs ranging from Camp Cook, Cook Helper, Kitchen Helper, Camp Attendant, and other jobs in work camps of various sizes, restaurants, and other hospitality related industries.
