Business Administration Diploma Courses
The Business Administration Diploma provides learners with a flexible and applied pathway into core areas of business. Students build skills in communication, decision-making, financial literacy, digital technologies, and organizational practices while applying business concepts to real workplace scenarios. Learners may apply credits from the Business Administration Certificate or enter through Special Admission based on relevant work experience. To complete the 60-credit diploma, students combine 30 credits of first-year coursework with an additional 30 credits chosen from second-year Associate Certificates, 200-level Accounting (ACC), Commerce (COM), or Economics (ECON) courses, as well as approved English and Mathematics options. Throughout the diploma, students develop competencies aligned with the Business Administration Program Learning Objectives, including ethical decision-making, cultural and Indigenous awareness, entrepreneurship, and professionalism. Graduates gain a solid foundation for employment in businessrelated fields or continued study at the degree level.
Course Requirements
In order to obtain your diploma, you must first complete either the Business Administration Certificate or the Business Management Certificate. Both programs will, in total, be 30 credits.
After that, you can do any combination of the following to complete an additional 30 credits:
- Second Year Associate Certificate(s), worth 9 credits each
- 200 Level Accounting, Commerce, or Economics course(s) worth 3 credits each.
- ENGL-113: Writing & Composition
- ENGL-240: Technical Writing and Workplace Communication
Auditing and Data Analytics

The Associate Certificate in Auditing and Data Analytics prepares you for high-wage roles that sit at the intersection of accounting knowledge and systems expertise. You will move well beyond basic bookkeeping, mastering internal controls, risk assessment, and data modelling.
