DESCRIPTION:
This course is an introduction to the area of human motor learning and control. It introduces students to the cognitive, emotional and neurological processes that underlie human movement, the learning of motor skills and the factors that influence the acquisition, control and performance of motor skills. Students will gain knowledge, appreciation, and understanding of the conceptual and empirical foudnations of motor learning and control.
