1. How to enter
No purchase necessary. To enter the contest, subscribe to the Continuing Education newsletter/mailing list by completing the sign-up form available on the College of New Caledonia website. You must provide your consent to be entered by completing the form and entering your contact information in the fields provided. Existing or current subscribers to the mailing list are not eligible to enter. Limit of one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. To be valid, your entry must be received between July 10, 2026, and August 24, 2026.
2. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The contest is not open to directors and employees of the College of New Caledonia, including their immediate families, cohabitants, agents, or contractors. College of New Caledonia’s decisions will be final.
3. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotional period (July 10, 2026, to August 24, 2026). The winner will be contacted directly via the email address provided at sign-up within five (5) business days of the draw. If the selected winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 90 days of the first contact attempt, College of New Caledonia reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner using the same random draw process. Alternate winners are subject to all contest rules.
4. Description of Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won, consisting of:
- One (1) Apple iPad A16 11” 11th Generation 128 GB WIFI 6.
The prize shall be accepted as is and is non-transferable. It may not be exchanged or refunded for cash, and no substitutions will be allowed. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited. If the prize cannot be awarded as described in these rules, College of New Caledonia reserves the right to substitute all or part of the prize with another prize of comparable value.
5. General Rules
5.1 This contest is null and void where prohibited by law. Any dispute regarding the organizing or conduct of this contest may be submitted to College of New Caledonia at 3330 22 Ave, Prince George, BC V2N 1P8.
5.2 College of New Caledonia is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, or delayed computer transactions or network connections that affect the contest or your participation in it.
5.3 College of New Caledonia reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with the contest rules.
5.4 College of New Caledonia reserves the right to amend the contest rules, or to cancel, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without liability if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the promotion.
5.5 By subscribing, entrants agree that all personal information collected by College of New Caledonia will be used for the purposes of administering the contest and to receive Continuing Education course updates, funding opportunities, and program alerts. Entrants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time. Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
5.6 The winner shall sign a release declaring their eligibility as described in section 2 of these rules; agreeing that their name and image may be used for promotional purposes related to this contest and promotion of College of New Caledonia free of charge; and releasing College of New Caledonia from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this contest or from the awarding, acceptance, or use of the prize.
