Event Description
Train alongside your peers in this self-defense session led by Shadow Martial Arts. Learn real-world techniques to help you stay safe, boost your awareness, and respond confidently in challenging situations. Open to all fitness levels.
What to Bring: Gym-ready attire, running shoes, water, and a snack. Capacity: 20 participants (register to secure your spot; drop-ins welcome if space is available)
