Be the First to Respond—Not the Last to Notice
Join us for a two-day, complimentary Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada. This nationally recognized training provides the knowledge and skills needed to recognize signs of mental health and substance use challenges, offer initial support, and guide a person toward appropriate help.

Course Details:
- Dates: Wednesday, June 25 & Thursday, June 26, 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (both days)
- Registration is free, but space is limited (Min 8 | Max 24).
- Participation in both days is required for certification.
- Light refreshments will be provided. There will be a lunch break, but the time may vary depending on the session. Please bring your own lunch or plan to buy one nearby.
Course Registration Cancellation Policy
Although there is no fee associated with this course, your registration represents a commitment to attend all four modules across the two sessions. Space is limited, and your participation impacts planning and resource allocation.
If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days before the in-person training begins. This allows us to offer your spot to another participant.
Failure to attend without prior notice may affect your ability to register for future offerings.
