You may be entitled to a refund from The College of New Caledonia due to the overpayment of the Employee Family & Assistance Program (EFAP) premiums. After a recent internal audit, eligible Administrative and Faculty employees are entitled to reimbursements ranging between $1.27 to $326.28.
To receive your reimbursement, please complete and return the CNC EFAP Reimbursement Application to Human Resources at hr@cnc.bc.ca.
Refunds can be issued through one of two ways:
- Electronic Funds Transfer (direct deposit) - preferred method
- Cheque by mail - available for refunds over $10 only.
