DESCRIPTION:

This course provides an introduction to the study of people and groups in organizations. Every workplace has its own unique culture. Organizational Behaviour includes examining workplace performance from the individual, group, and organization-wide level. This course is intended to give learners a basic understanding of the topics of leadership, motivation, group dynamics, diversity, perception, communication, management, job attitude, job design, organizational design, organizational culture, and organizational development.
