DESCRIPTION:

This course is a continuation of SONO 109. The focus of this course is on advanced communication skills and atypical personality traits and psychological disorders. Concepts include common communication challenges in health care, conflict resolution, verbal and written presentations and documentation principles. Theoretical concepts will be practiced in the classroom setting through role play and presenting a group case study.
