DESCRIPTION:

Case-based learning and class discussion are used to introduce the student to the topics of oral pathology, differential diagnosis and lesion management, basic periodontology and cariology concepts. Etiological factors and assessment using radiographic interpretation, dental hygiene diagnosis, care planning, implementation and evaluation processes will be emphasized.
