CNC is pleased to announce CNC’s 2023 Convocation dates.
- Prince George: Thursday June 1st, CN Centre, 1:00 pm ; and
- Quesnel: Thursday June 8th, North Cariboo Campus, 1:00 pm.
Staff will be working together over the coming months to plan and deliver outstanding celebrations. Every year we have the privilege to celebrate and acknowledge students’ success.
Students begin their learning journey whereby they experience a place for learning, growing, and development. Through the learning process, students create many friendships and special relationships with faculty and staff. Convocation is an opportunity for students, faculty and staff to come together one last time before graduates begin their journeys as CNC alumni.
After careful consideration and discussion, CNC’s Executive Committee has decided the Prince George ceremony as a go forward will be held during a weekday. The transition to a weekday event is intended to support maximum accessibility for student participation and to ensure appropriate staffing is available for a first-rate event. More information on the college’s convocation page will be available in the weeks and months ahead to help you to plan, register, and take part.
