Students returning to CNC’s Prince George Campus are benefiting from better common spaces to study, take breaks and connect with their peers.
An 18 month project has brought new common area furniture across the campus. The new furniture was specifically chosen to work better for different spaces throughout several buildings.
CNC’s Board and Executive unanimously supported this major project and its related budget. Staff and students including CNC Students’ Union representatives worked closely together to get the right furniture in the right spaces.
We’re also grateful to the group of elves who worked tirelessly over the holiday season to assemble and install the new furniture. Their effort has made it possible for students to come back to a refreshed campus this month.
Thank you to everyone whose hard work made this project a reality. We hope everyone in the CNC community and guests from the public will make good use of this new furniture in the years to come.
