Pink T-Shirts

At CNC we're here to support students!  Any student who experiences bullying can access emotional support through a Wellness Coach, CNC Counsellor, or through Here2Talk. Students can also file a complaint by connecting with either the Director of Student Services or the Regional Principal at their campus.

This year on Pink Shirt Day, we want to focus on working together and treating others with dignity and respect.

Here are 3 ways you can participate in raising awareness on Pink Shirt Day:

  1. If you are at the PG campus on Wednesday, stop by ARC (Room 1-773) to pick up a pink shirt cutout to pin on or write a message on one to contribute to their anti-bullying window display.
  2. Show your commitment to this by wearing pink on Wednesday and using the attached Teams background in your virtual meetings for the day.  For instructions on how to change your Teams background, check out this post.
  3. WATCH: Simi Sara of News Talk 980 CKNW sits down with Justin Preston, an anti-bullying advocate who was recently featured in the documentary Dark Cloud: The High Cost of Cyberbullying.
