Winter is almost over! Get back outside with the Couch to 5km training group at CNC!

This "on your own" program is very easy to follow and keep yourself engaged and focused on the end product...your first 5km run!

This 9 week program allows you to build your endurance slowly and effectively without any harsh sprints, hill repeats, fartlek's and all that other high end training talk!

If you are attending the 5km Inflatable Mega Bounce Run, this will give you your 5km distance on May 25th.

Tara from recreation will be leading group runs from CNC's main entrance Monday's and Wednesday's (rain or shine) for the duration of the program. Couch to 5KM
