Building Envelope Project:

Start Date: Sunday, June 15, 2025
Expected End Date: Saturday, July 12, 2025

Location: 700 Block, Prince George Main Campus Building

Work: Demolition continues on the east and south sides of the 700 Block, including areas near ARC, International Education, Student Services, the Office of the Registrar, and the Library.

Impacts: Elevated noise levels and temporary alternate routing are expected in the area.

Network Renewal Project:

Location: Common areas throughout the Main Campus Building

Work:

  • Contractors are arriving on-site and preparing for work over the next two weeks.
  • June 22–28: After-hours concrete cutting in select areas.
  • June 29–July 12: Network cabling installation in common areas during the day. No planned area closures or reroutes.

Impacts: Increased noise levels and narrower pathways. Network disruptions are not anticipated, but brief interruptions may occur during critical connection points.
