This is a chance to engage in conversations about mental health, break the stigma, and explore ways to support yourself and others. Whether you're looking to learn, share, or connect, come be part of the movement to raise awareness and promote mental well-being. We hope to see you there!

Mary John Award of Excellence
The Mary John Award of Excellence is now accepting nominations. This award recognizes a student with Aboriginal Ancestry who demonstrates mentorship, community service, and a commitment to fostering reconciliation. The recipient will be honoured at the Convocation ceremony with a ring and $500 bursary.
Step 1: Submit a nomination:
Anyone can nominate a student, including students, staff, faculty, administrators, or advisory committee members.
Step 2: Have the nominated student complete the Nominee Form:
After a nomination is submitted, the nominator will receive a link to the Nominee Form. This form must be filled out by the student who has been nominated.

Mark your calendars for Data Privacy Week, January 27-31, 2025. This year’s theme, Take Control of Your Data, emphasizes the importance of protecting your personal information in today’s digital world. From coursework platforms to campus Wi-Fi, your data is constantly in use. Protecting it helps avoid identity theft and ensures safer online experiences.
Attend a free session on Talking Data 2025 at Stay Safe Online, where experts will discuss topics like securing personal data, the role of AI in mental health, and strategies for balancing privacy with technology use.

Save the Date: Convocation 2025
Save the date to celebrate the graduating class of 2025 walk accross the stage to their new futures! Convocation will be taking in place in Prince George on Thursday, June 5th at the CN Centre and in Quesnel at the North Cariboo Campus on Tuesday, June 10th.
