Heads Up – Construction in Progress
On October 7th we began construction on two projects around the Prince George campus. One of the projects is replacing the roof on the 100 block, the second project is expanding the fleet parking area for CNC vehicles.
What does this mean?
During the construction period there will be a section of the east sidewalk adjacent to Highway 97 that will be closed. Detour signs will be displayed to help with navigation. Additionally, there may be minor noise disruptions and colder temperatures in the 100-block during construction on the roofing project. The following stairs will also be closed to pedestrian traffic: 980 block exterior stairs leading down to Cafeteria and the 2nd floor 100 block exterior stairs leading to the Cafeteria.Construction is expected to conclude in approximately one month. Stay tuned for further updates.
