To attend convocation, you will need to begin by applying to graduate. Then, register for your convocation ceremony and get ready to cross that stage.
Convocation is on June 5th in Prince George and June 10th in Quesnel.

Last Chance to Vote on Campus
All Canadian students are encouraged to cast their vote in the upcoming federal election and you can do so on campus in room 1-115 until April 16th. Elections Canada will be set up between 9:00am – 5:00pm. You do not need to be registered in a Prince George riding to cast your vote on campus.
To vote you must:
- Be a Canadian citizen
- Be at least 18 years of age by April 28, 2025
What to bring:
- ID with your name and address, or a combination of documents with this information

We've added new cards to myCNC to help you access important resources more easily:

Gym & Weight Room Closures for Exams
As exams begin, the gym and weight room at the Prince George campus will have temporary closures:
Gymnasium closed: Friday, April 11 - Monday, April 28 (setup, exams, takedown)
Weight room closed: Tuesday, April 12 - Friday, April 27* (exams)
*Weight room will be open 8am - 4pm on April 11th and 14th.
Workout classes in the weight room are also cancelled, including Women’s Only Strength Training and Strength Full Body. Yoga & Mobility and Bootcamp will continue in the Bouldering Room as scheduled.

No classes on May 5th due to Orientation
As a new semester begins and we welcome new students to CNC, there will be no classes on Monday, May 5th until after 5:00pm, or unless specified by your instructor. If you are unsure if you need to attend class or not on May 5th, please contact your instructor for more information.

The Fee Payment Deadline is Approaching
The fee payment deadline for the Intersession 2025 semester is only two weeks away. Avoid being deregistered from your classes by ensuring all of your fees are paid by 4:00pm on Wednesday, April 23rd. Please note payments must be made through PayMyTuition online or by cash or cheque during posted office hours. If you visit the Office of the Registrar with a payment card, you will receive assistance but will still be directed to PayMyTuition.
