DESCRIPTION:
Computer Technician Analyst introduces the core skills and theory necessary for an entry level Information Technology (IT) professional with a focus on PC configuration, troubleshooting, networking and diagnostics. The course uses teaching lessons and handson labs to introduce technician level skills of component assembly, customer support, and analysis of common computer problems at the hardware and software level. Students will also be prepared to complete the core series exam objectives of CompTIA's A+ certification.
