Trees of CNC

The Trees of CNC food collection for the CNCSU student food bank is almost here!  We encourage your program or department to sign up to set up a tree to fill the Gathering Place for the festive season.

Registration deadline:  Friday, November 26
Tree Set-up:  Thursday, November 28 (all day) & Friday, November 29 (all day)
Trees of CNC Food Collection:  Monday, December 2 – Friday, December 13
Tree Take-down:  Friday, December 13 – Thursday, December 19   

Please remove your tree by the deadline so we can get ready for January Orientation.
Here are the details:

  • Plan your tree theme and submit your online registration form (remember to include a name for your tree).  Be creative!
  • You must provide your own tree and decorations.  Live trees are not permitted.
  • Let us know which day you expect to set up your tree (dates above).
  • Set up your tree in the Gathering Place.  You will receive a map by mail a few days before that will indicate where to set up your tree.
  • We will provide a food collection bin and tree name sign at your tree location.
