The Cinema CNC Movies collection is housed in the College of New Caledonia Library at the Prince George campus.

It contains "home use only" Videos and DVDs of interest to Film Studies students and the general public. Please note that the College has a Feature Film License that allows us to show most "home use only" programs in class and in recreational (non-fee) settings.

The emphasis is on Canadian films, award-winners, critics choices and independent and foreign films not normally shown in local theatres.  A separate section includes family classics.

For a complete list of everything in the collection, enter the word: movies  in the search box. We have also added other features to the catalogue, such as genre (search words are: action, adventure, animation, comedy, crime, documentary, drama, family, fantasy, film-noir, horror, music musical, mystery, romance, science fiction, short, thriller, war, western) and links to the Internet Movie Database entry for each title. This database contains reviews, production details, biographies, filmographies and other interesting information for film buffs!

Items in the collection are available for borrowing on a 3-day loan basis. The Library is open to the public. Borrower cards are free to those aged 16 and over.
